Over the past 12 years Barclay Swann Ltd has been trading under the name of Econo-med selling medical consumables and has steadily grown to become the preferred supplier to many thousands of leading medical and beauty professionals throughout the UK.

The company now boasts 28 employees, all based at Trafalgar House, opposite the community fire station in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire. Orders are picked and packed in the 20,000+ square foot warehouse ready to be shipped out to our customers. The offices are also on site where the sales and accounts teams can be contacted during normal office hours (Mon – Fri 8:30 to 5:30).

An excellent team has been put together that has comprehensive contacts throughout the industry. This has enabled us to offer the best quality technology and products to our customers at competitive prices.

Building strong lasting relationships with customers is important to any business and Barclay Swann Ltd is no different. The customer service team work closely together to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with both the quality of our service and the products that we offer.

Listening to our customers who are working within the care industry has brought us up to date. It is because of their requests that we have launched Econo-care a new catalogue dedicated to supplying all of a care homes needs. It took 6 months hard work, sourcing quality products and producing the catalogue.

What we learnt from creating the care catalogue was used when putting together the econo-beauty catalogue and website. We have now also migrated all www.econo-med.com products to the new website so that every last one of our customers can have the opportunity to buy all the products in our range from one website.
