Getting Started
Finding a Product
On the left of the website, you will see a navigation list. Use this list to navigate through the different products that are available for sale on the website. If you can't find what you're looking for, try using the search box at the top of the website.
Type your search query into the search field and click the search button. Your search query could be a product name, a product code or the type of product you are looking for. If you have a lot of results, you can use the shopping options on the left. This tool allows you to filter your results by specific details about the products.
Your Basket
Once you have found a product that you wish to purchase, you can click the 'Add to Basket' button to add it to your shopping basket. You can view your basket at any point by clicking 'View Basket' at the top of the website. On your basket page you will see a summary of all the products you have added to your basket and the total price of your order at the bottom. If you have a voucher code, you can enter in the voucher code field and click the 'Apply Voucher Code' button to apply it to your order.
Once you have finished adding items to your order and you are ready to purchase it, click the Google Checkout button, which is located at the top, as well as the bottom of the basket. This will take you to Google Checkout where you will be asked to make the payment for your order. If you don't have a Google Checkout account, you can pay with a credit or debit card.
Comparing Products
If you can't decide which product to buy, you can use the compare products tool. If you click 'Add to Compare' on a product you want to compare, you will see the compare products box appear on the right. To compare the products listed in the box, click 'Compare'. A popup window will appear comparing the product details. You can compare as many products as you wish.
Change or Cancel an Order
If you want to change or cancel an order you have already placed, you must call us on 0844 858 4551. Please have your order reference number ready when you call to allow us to quickly make the changes, or cancel your order.

Where is my order?
All complete orders are despatched no later than the next working day after the order has been placed. If you have chosen the free delivery option you shall receive your order within 48 hours of despatch. On rare occasions however, parcels can be delayed, and we recommend our customers to contact us concerning missing items no earlier than 3 working days after placing their order.
Please note: for some small parcels we despatch using Royal Mail’s 1st class recorded delivery service. Please visit the Royal mail website for more information on late or lost mail.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Orders are despatched no later than the next working day, if you wish to make a change or cancel an order that you have just placed then you will need to contact our customer services team on 0844 858 4551. We reserve the right to apply a 15% + VAT handling charge when an order is cancelled. Some specialist items, such as: salon wear or specialist equipment, once ordered cannot be cancelled.
Unfortunately if your order has already been despatched we will be unable to amend the order, please see our returns policy if you wish to return any unwanted items.
I'm not from the UK can I still place an order?
Sorry but at this time, if you are not from the UK we cannot deliver to you. Econocare however is expanding at a phenomenal rate which means that very soon we will be available to supply internationally.
Can I use multiple vouchers against an order.
No, only one voucher can be used against any transaction.
What is the average delivery time expected for my order?
Here at Econo-care we aim for a next day delivery service, but please allow up to 3 working days to recieve your order before contacting us.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unwanted goods back to us within 7 days. However, in some cases you will be charged a handling fee. Please go to our terms and conditions page to find out our returns policy.
To where do I return my faulty item?
Before returning your faulty item please call 0844 858 4551 within 48 hours of delivery and choose option 2 for customer services.
I have been given a voucher code, how do I use it?
Enter your voucher code when you checkout of your basket.
How do I register?
